Abstract: A presentation delivered by Ralph Stanton, Head of Rare Books and Special Collections (RBSC) at the UBC Library in the Irving K. Barber Learning Centre. This presentation was held in downtown Vancouver on February 9, 2011 at UBC Robson Square as part of the Faculty of Arts' UBC Arts Wednesdays Lecture Series. It highlighted some of the rarest books and archival materials that are linked to the donors, the Province of British Columbia, and the scholarly community.
