Abstract
Non Post-Graduate physicians are registered in British Columbia by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of B.C. On the date of record they have a B.C. address and are licensed to practice medicine. Non Post-Graduate Physicians includes physicians who are on the full or temporary register but are not involved in post graduate work. The group excluded is therefore comprised primarily of interns and residents.
