Congratulations to the GSS cIRcle Open Scholar Award winners for October 2015!
The first Award winner is Paul Liu. A MSc graduate student from the UBC Department of Computer Science, Liu won the Award for his entry, “An exploration of matrix equilibration”. It is openly accessible at: http://hdl.handle.net/2429/54900. Liu (pictured above) was presented with his Award by Enav Zusman, GSS VP University and Academic Affairs at UBC.
The second Award winner (not pictured) is Monica L. P. Lytwyn. She completed her MEd in Early Childhood Education at UBC earlier this year in April 2015. Her Award entry, “Co-creating a pedagogical support document to support meaningful curriculum and enhanced quality” is also openly accessible at: http://hdl.handle.net/2429/53894.
