This form is meant for submission of up to 5 articles, reports, etc. Only authors/creators and/or copyright holders of a work can complete the license. One co-author may submit on behalf of a group.

If you have a larger submission composed of a large number or variety of items (including articles, reports, etc.), please submit our cIRcle Content Proposal Form.

Before completing this form, please ensure that your content falls within cIRcle’s mandate, specifically the cIRcle Acquisition Policy and Content Guidelines.
